We understand that sometimes things don't work out. That's why Car Care Mafia LLC offers a 14-day return policy on all our car care products, provided they meet the following conditions:

The Don's Decree: Return Policy

To initiate a return, you, the customer, must request a return via email to Info@CarCareMafia.com.

Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted by our family , you will receive a return authorization email with detailed instructions on where to send your product. Think of it as your secret rendezvous point.

Conditions for Return:

Unused and Resellable Condition: The product must be unused and in premium, resellable condition. This means no capos have tampered with it, and it's ready for its next assignment.
Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
14-Day Window: Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date

Shipping Underboss:

Please note that Car Care Mafia LLC will not be responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of sending the product back falls to you, the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return shipments.


So in simple terms: "If you have used the product up like it owes you money, You Own it."
